His journey is deeply rooted in a family legacy that began in the 1950s, when his grandfather first entered the concrete trade, laying the groundwork for a tradition built on skill and integrity. In the 1970s, Frank’s father carried that legacy forward, becoming a highly respected mason and eventually rising to the role of Vice President at one of the nation’s largest masonry firms.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Frank began his career working under his father’s mentorship, gaining early exposure to the trade and its demands. He was introduced to the industry from the ground up, where hands-on experience and close guidance shaped his work ethic and understanding of the craft. Starting as a laborer, Frank developed a profound appreciation for the practical elements of construction—an experience that instilled in him a lifelong respect for hard work, precision, and teamwork. As his career progressed, Frank took on increasingly critical roles, serving as an estimator, safety manager, superintendent, and eventually general manager. Each position expanded his perspective and deepened his expertise, while his ability to lead teams, maintain strict attention to detail, and drive strategic results helped propel the successful completion of complex, large-scale projects and fostered his rise to leadership.
